Notes on HDR photography
HDR = High Dynamic Range
Take 3+ pictures of same scene
Each w different shutter speeds
Results in bright medium dark photo
Once combined
Use software like
Photoshop or photomatrix
To process and combine the photos
Increasing details, highlights and shadows
Need- tripod // camera
Avoid-
Ghosts//ghost like image result. Not aligned. . Keep camera stable x still
Halos// usually at bright areas x may hide at shadows too.. Reduce micro contrast
Inverted contrast// the dark and lights of img = almost like opposites. = ugly result. Reduce contrast
Noise// high noises makes increase shadows. Too much. Reduce noise
HDR is available in video too
Doesn't have to be artificial looking
Merges different exposures together
Practice trust eye patience
